2016 Best Friends$125.00
Our super Tuscan blend of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon is a Chef’s dream to pair with food. Fig, tart cherry and thyme accompany a hint of light floral. The high tannins and medium body make this perfect to work into a dinner full of garden fresh herbs, tomatoes…perhaps along side a tender braised peppered short rib.
Our beautiful ruby wine is slightly dry with a medium body. Full of summer dark berries and some floral notes this wine would work perfectly with a roasted garlic and herb chicken…or lightly season pork tenderloin finished on the grill.
2016 60 Degrees$65.00
Blended Nebbiolo, Barbera and Sangiovese make this one of our most unique and delicious reds. If you are avid about red wine…this one is a must try. This wine manages to be rich and flavorful…but still light bodied enough to crave glass after glass. Full of cherry and deep summer blueberry this will quickly become a favorite in your cellar. A rich mushroom risotto with fresh herbs and sharp parmesan are the perfect plate to go with this wine.

2017 Forte Rosso$125.00
“Forte Rosso” means Bold Red in Italian, and we’ve certainly succeeded with this cofermented blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Malbec. Our “Bold Red” takes the best of both of these varietals and makes something wonderfully “Mellisoni”. A wonderful combination of the dark cherry of our Cabernet blended with the flavorful plum and blackberry or our Malbec. We would pair this with a grilled flat iron steak, sumac butter roasted potatoes and fresh thyme.
Also an original Bordeaux grape, but was made famous by wines made in Argentina and Chile. Here in Washington the grapes produce deliciously dark and fruity wines
This drinkable red is a favorite of our wine club. Full of plum and blackberry this wine also has the faintest hints of cocoa. This wine is a great “drinkable” red…and has a lovely finish. This is the one to pair with Umami focused foods. Tomatoes, parmesan cheese…of course. Your favorite sushi roll? ABSOLUTELY.
Sangiovese is an ancient Italian grape dating back to the Roman times. The literal translation of Sangiovese in Latin is sanguis Jovis meaning the “blood of Jove.” It is in reference to the Roman god Jupiter, and was used in religious ceremonies.
This cherry forward red wine is one of our most drinkable. The savory nature of this wine not only make it a must serve at your party…but it pairs remarkably well with foods ranging from fresh cut stone fruit and sharp promontory to a classic Bolognese.
2017 Cabernet Sauvignon$65.00
Our full bodied “cab” is rich and high in tannin. Black current and plum resonate with this wine with just a hint of dark chocolate. This wine deserves your best efforts in the kitchen…give it the attention it deserves. Espresso braised short rib with roasted mushrooms…well ok…that would work.

Who doesn’t love a good Rose? Our full-bodied red (Cabernet Sauvignon), is full of dark cherry and currant. This sumptuous red is perfect if served with a nicely seared ribeye (marinated in red wine, black pepper and garlic of course!). Challenge yourself and try this with a dark chocolate pot de crème!
2018 3 Bastards$35.00
A blend of three different grape varietals not grown on our estate vineyard, so we called them the bastard grapes, Hence the “3 bastards.” This gorgeous combination of Roussanne, Viognier and Chardonnay are the perfect summer white. A lovely sweet drinkable wine with the faint aroma of valley fresh fruit should and must accompany your favorite Charcutterie plate. One bite of sharp promontory cheddar with this wine and you are happy for the full day…or until the next sip
2018 45 Degrees$45.00
Award Winning Estate Blend year after year. Our flavorful 45% is a lightly sweet combination of Riesling and Gewürztraminer. It is perfect to pair with slightly salty dishes. We’re thinking….Soy and ginger marinated black cod with grated orange peel. Perfect.
We always end up blending it at 70% Riesling and 30% Gewurztraminer.
Chardonnay is a green-skinned grape variety used in the production of white wine. The variety originated in the Burgundy wine region of eastern France, but is now grown wherever wine is produced, from England to New Zealand.
Our Chardonnay is .6% residual sugar. What this means to you? A wonderful buttery texture and drinkability. A slightly chilled bottle of this served with grilled fresh water trout & serrano garlic butter is a sure way to have you and your guests sighing contentedly.
